PREMIUM LAND
A lodge worth coming home to.
Designed by Larry Pearson in the Glacier Park lodge
tradition, the main lodge uses reclaimed logs and
native stone to connect its architecture to the region.
Large common rooms and a substantial stone
fireplace create a center of gravity inside. The
building's character is rustic, but its spaces are
arranged for the practical business of hosting:
cooking, dining, conversation, and time apart.
A kitchen equipped with a commercial range, two
sinks, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators supports
meals for a group. The loft library offers a quieter
alternative to the main living space. Outside, covered
porches extend the lodge into the landscape,
including a porch fireplace that makes the edge
between house and outdoors a destination in its own
right.

The separate cabin follows the same material
language, with its own living areas and porch. It allows
another household or a smaller group to have a base
within the larger retreat. Existing caretaker
accommodation adds a useful component for a
property whose grounds and buildings call for
continuing attention.
The ranch's current hospitality presentation includes
private group stays, outdoor gathering areas, and
celebrations set against the mountains. For a
prospective owner, those uses suggest the flexibility
of the place without establishing future income or
operating rights. What comes through most clearly is
the coherence of the experience: log buildings, shared
tables, porches, water, and forest belonging to the
same retreat.
